Erin Grau

Erin Grau has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erin co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Charter, a media and insights company focused on transforming organizations through journalism, research, and intelligence. Erin also worked as an Advisor for Josie, a company dedicated to improving the working parent experience through coaching programs and support for employers. Erin was a Strategic Advisor, Facilitator, and Founding Member of Level, a network promoting racial equity by uniting women from different backgrounds to uplift businesses led by Black women.
