Massella Dukuly

Massella Dukuly has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Massella is currently the Head of Workplace Strategy + Innovation at Charter, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Contributor for HR Brew at Morning Brew starting in March 2023.

In 2020, Massella was a Founding Member and Facilitator at Level, a multiracial network of women dedicated to promoting racial equity through angel investing and conversations about the racial wealth gap.

From 2017 to 2022, Massella worked at LifeLabs Learning, where they held several roles, including Director of Team Enablement, Internal Strategy Team Member, Learning and Development Lead, Facilitation Lead, and Leadership Trainer + Coach. In these roles, they developed and implemented organizational learning and development strategies and coached facilitators to optimize their performance.

In 2020, Massella also created and hosted the Keeping Score Podcast, which explored living an engaged life.

Prior to that, they held positions at Squarespace as a Customer Operations Lead, where they focused on talent development, employee engagement, and optimizing customer experience. Massella also worked at Warby Parker as a CX Lead and CX Associate, managing a team of associates and exceeding performance metrics.

Massella Dukuly obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology and Psychology from New York University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Leadership & Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2015 to 2017.
