Tolu Adeyemi, FCIB has extensive experience working at The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria - CIBN. Starting in 2014, Tolu held the position of Deputy Manager, where they specialized in professional mediation and arbitration for customer complaints involving banks.
