Steve Gooding

Steve Gooding has a diverse and extensive work experience in the transportation sector. Steve served as the Director General at the Department for Transport from 2004 to 2015. In 2015, they joined the RAC Foundation as the Director, where they currently hold the position. Additionally, Steve Gooding became a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund in 2017. In 2021, they assumed the role of President at CILT (UK).

Steve Gooding attended Durham University from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Politics.
