Mo A. Rasheed has a strong background in finance and leadership roles, with experience spanning various industries. Mo currently serves as the Interim Finance Transformation Director at Charterhouse Group, where they are responsible for improving the finance team, processes, operations, and controls. Prior to this, Mo was the Interim Group Finance Director at Countryside Partnership, overseeing group finance during a period of transition.

Before joining Charterhouse and Countryside, Mo worked as the Group Financial Controller at Galliford Try plc, a Construction and Property Group, where they led all group controlling and reporting activities, including financial planning and analysis. Mo also provided expert analysis and support for capital fund raising.

Mo's previous experience includes a role as the Financial Controller - Group Finance Reporting & Analysis at Glaxosmithkline Plc, a global pharmaceuticals and consumer group. Prior to that, Mo started their career at PwC as an Assurance Associate, leading statutory audits and conducting financial due diligence work.

Mo A. Rasheed FCA AMCT MBA obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Central Lancashire in 2004. Mo then pursued further education and obtained the ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in February 2008. In 2008, they also completed a course in Accounting from ICAEW.

Mo went on to earn a Treasury certification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in June 2010, as well as the MCSI certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. In 2010, they also completed the Leading with Finance program from the Harvard Business School.

In 2013, Mo completed an MBA degree from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Furthermore, they obtained the AMCT certification from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in June 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Mo obtained the Leading with Finance certificate from Harvard Business School in February 2019. Mo also holds a Six Sigma - Black Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute, achieved in October 2018.
