Katrina Powell

Katrina Powell currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at CharterUP, a rapidly growing technology company focused on transforming travel. Previously, Katrina held the position of Director of Recruiting at HubSpot, where strategic talent acquisition for North America, LATAM, Canada, and select EMEA and APAC teams was prioritized during a period of accelerated growth. As a Talent Acquisition Leader at AWS, Katrina managed technical talent strategies and hiring for diverse teams including AI/ML and Data, significantly supporting AWS's business objectives. Earlier experiences include roles at VMware, where Katrina advanced from EMEA Pre-sales Engineering Recruiter to Global Recruiting Manager, overseeing several critical hiring initiatives.
