Alessandra (Ally) Delle Grotti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alessandra (Ally) most recently worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at ChartHop since October 2020. Additionally, Ally worked as a Freelance Performance Artist from May 2013 to February 2016. Alessandra (Ally) also held managerial roles at Bon-Bon Salon from January 2015 to October 2015 and at Podiatric Wellness and Sports Medicine from May 2012 to May 2014.

Alessandra (Ally) Delle Grotti pursued their education, starting in 2009, by attending The University of the Arts. Alessandra (Ally) completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Modern Dance Performance in 2013. After a gap in their education, they decided to continue their studies at Eastern University from 2021 to 2024. During this time, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Clinical Psychology.
