Alexander Zachariah

Alexander Zachariah is a highly experienced scientist with a strong background in method development and analytical testing within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Chartwell Pharmaceuticals since November 2020, Alexander specializes in developing and validating HPLC and UPLC methods for drug substances and products. Previous roles include Scientist positions at Endo Pharmaceuticals and Novartis, where analytical testing and method development under cGMP and ICH guidelines were key responsibilities. Representation in project meetings and the preparation of validation reports were part of the role at Pfizer, as well as leading analytical support at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Alexander's career commenced as a Quality Control Chemist at Lederle Laboratories, recognized for outstanding performance, and as a Senior Chemist at Teva. Educationally, Alexander holds an MS in Chemistry from the University of Kerala.
