Sergio L. Wilcher Sr. has extensive experience in the staffing and media industries. Currently serving as the Selling Branch Manager at Chartwell Staffing Solutions since September 2015, Wilcher plays a key role in one of the largest woman-owned staffing agencies in the United States with a significant presence across multiple states. Prior to this, Wilcher worked as an Account Manager at NJ Advance Media from June 2014 to September 2015, focusing on innovative advertising solutions. Additionally, Wilcher was an Account Executive for recruitment advertising at the Star-Ledger from November 2008 to June 2014 and served as a Sales Supervisor at MCI WORLCOM from 1995 to 1999.
