Richard C. is an accomplished CEO and leader in the field of human capital solutions, currently serving as CEO of Chaseman Global and Chaseman Global (USA), INC since 2012 and 2013 respectively. Under Richard C.'s guidance, Chaseman Global has successfully expanded its client base beyond financial services to encompass diverse sectors including aerospace, defense, energy, industrial, life sciences, and manufacturing. In addition to executive leadership roles, Richard C. has contributed to the growth of executive search firms as Network Development Director at Chaseman Global Search Network and as an Independent Consultant before that. Richard C. founded a property company, Base Developments, and established a partnership at Gladstone Taylor.
