John Kawola

John Kawola has a diverse work experience in the additive manufacturing industry. John currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Boston Micro Fabrication, where they lead the development of high-precision 3D printing systems. John is also a Board Director at CHASM Advanced Materials, contributing to the advancement of carbon nanotube-based materials. In addition, they serve as a Board Director at IndustrialML, a company specializing in machine learning for factory optimization.

Previously, John held leadership roles in various additive manufacturing companies. John served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at LabMinds, overseeing the development of a smart and automated liquid solution production system. John was also the President - North America at Ultimaker, contributing to the mission of making 3D printing accessible to all. Furthermore, they served as a Board Director at EnvisionTEC, a global provider of 3D printing solutions.

John also has experience in the robotics industry, serving as the CEO of Harvest Automation Inc., where they developed practical and scalable robots for agricultural applications.

Early in their career, John was involved in the growth and positioning of Z Corporation, a manufacturer of 3D printers, scanners, and materials. John served as the CEO, leading the company's expansion and marketing efforts, and later held the role of EVP Sales, Marketing & Business Development.

John Kawola holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. John also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Union College.
