Sera Chung

Sera Chung has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Manager at FEA júnior USP in 2010. Sera then interned at Choice Bag in 2012 and at Dextron Management Consulting in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Commercial Affairs Intern at CCI França-Brasil and as a Business Intelligence Intern at CMAG. Sera then joined Strategy&, part of the PwC network, as a Consultant from 2015 to 2016. In 2020, they became a Business Analyst at Neon. Sera also founded Espaço Educacional Crescer in 2016 and currently holds the position of Head of Product at ChatClass since February 2022.

Sera Chung completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo from 2010 to 2014. In 2020, they attended a data analytics bootcamp at Ironhack. In 2013, Sera participated in an exchange program at emlyon business school, focusing on Social Entrepreneurship - Microcrédit. Sera also completed a program at ComSchool International in 2012, specializing in Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager in the fashion industry. Sera received their High School Diploma from Sunny Hills High School in 2008 and participated in an exchange program for Korean Language and Literature at Kyung Hee University in 2003.
