Matt Gerig

Matt Gerig is a Project Data Manager at Chatham County, GA Government since November 2018, with a focus on engineering projects. Prior to this role, Matt served as a GIS Analyst at Beaufort County from May 2016 to November 2018, specializing in the ESRI Web App Platform. Matt began the GIS career as a GIS Analyst for Aiken County Government from May 2015 to May 2016 and completed an internship at the City of Statesboro in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geography and Environmental Sustainability from the University of Oklahoma, a GIS Technology degree from Ogeechee Technical College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English-Technical Writing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
