Chrl Ashley Mann Ma

Ashley Mann MA, CHRL, serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since February 2012, responsible for shaping Total Rewards philosophy, managing compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with legislation. With prior roles as a Compensation Analyst and Disability Claims Analyst, Ashley has developed strategic guidance on compensation initiatives and supported return-to-work efforts. Additionally, Ashley is an instructor at St. Clair College for the Business Administration: Human Resources diploma program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Integrated Studies from Athabasca University, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Lambton College, and a Bachelor's degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
