Richard Trull

Richard (Jason) Trull currently serves as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Chatsworth Products since October 2022. With extensive experience at Spirit AeroSystems since April 2010, Richard has held roles including Human Resources Business Partner and Senior HR Generalist, overseeing HR operations for a 600,000 square foot facility. Prior to that, Richard worked at Zero Chaos as a Workplace Coach and Technical Trainer in composites, gaining expertise in advanced composite manufacturing and process improvement. Richard's career began at GE, where significant contributions included operating weld machines and implementing ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing principles. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Mount Olive.
