Rob Lea has worked in various roles in the past four years. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager and Sales Development Representative at Chattermill. In 2019, they were a Senior Consultant at both Oho Group Ltd and Cameron Kennedy. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Maxxima Group from 2017.

Rob Lea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kingston University.
