Ayako Matsuki

Ayako Matsuki is an experienced marketing and customer success professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Customer Marketing Manager at Chatwork since September 2023, Ayako previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at CADDi from March 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes Client Marketing Manager at SAP Concur and Manager of Customer Marketing at Clarivate Analytics. Ayako began the career in solution sales as an Account Manager and Solution Specialist at Thomson Reuters and further developed marketing skills as an Account Executive at Apple Inc.
