Serena Mejia Pichardo

Serena Mejia Pichardo is an experienced IA Managed Services Engineer at Chazey Partners - A QX Global Group Company since July 2023. Previously, Serena served as an RPA Controller and Developer at Lean Business Group from February 2020 to August 2023, specializing in Blue Prism automation. Prior to that, Serena worked as a SW RPA Analyst/Developer at HSBC, where responsibilities included release management coordination for Blue Prism MX and the management of 600 virtual machines for automation processes. Serena holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
