Natalí Isla's work experience includes various roles in product design, technology, agile delivery management, and customer value management. Natalí has worked at companies such as Chazki, NJIB, Entel Perú, and Nextel del Perú S.A. In their most recent position at Chazki, they served as the Regional Head of Product Design & Technology and was responsible for determining the strategic profile of the design team, leading product design projects, and managing multidisciplinary teams. Prior to that, they held roles such as Regional Product Design and Delivery Manager, Regional Agile Delivery Manager, and Project Manager. Natalí Isla's education history begins with their obtaining a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Trujillo from 1995 to 1999. Natalí then pursued further education in Ciencias de la Comunicación as a student at Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego from 1994 to 1996. In 2003, they attended Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas where they acquired knowledge in Negotiation specifically in Marketing & Commercial Management. In 2005, Natalí Isla attended ESAN Graduate School Of Business to gain expertise in Balance Scored Card in Commercial Management. Continuing their education, they completed Postgrado courses in Plan y Modelo de Negocios and Negociación Multidimensional at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2007. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
