David Butler

David Butler is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Counsel Emeritus and formerly as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Community Hospital Corporation since June 2006, David has also held positions as Of Counsel at Brin & Brin, P.C. and Shareholder at Cox & Smith Incorporated. Previous roles include General Counsel at Incarnate Word Health Services and Assistant General Counsel at Baylor Health Care System, as well as an Associate Attorney at Maxwell, Godwin & Carlton. David Butler earned a JD from Baylor University School of Law and a B.A. in Law from Baylor University.
