Mike Roy

Mike Roy has extensive work experience in revenue cycle management and patient access roles. Mike currently holds the position of Corporate Director, Revenue Cycle Management at Community Hospital Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Revenue Cycle Management at abeo (Abeo Management Corporation) from July 2020 to July 2021. From October 2017 to July 2021, they worked as the Client Relations Manager at Abeo. Before that, they held various positions at Parallon, including Director, Prebill Denial Unit from July 2016 to July 2017, Regional Director of Appeals, Dallas and San Antonio from December 2014 to July 2016, and Director, Patient Access from April 1999 to December 2014. Mike also worked at HCA Medical City Arlington as the Director, Patient Access from April 1999 to December 2014.

Mike Roy attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Business. Mike did not obtain a degree during this time. In 2022, they obtained two certifications: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) and Patient Access Essentials, both from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
