Goran Matic has held a variety of roles in the legal and retail industries. In 2021, they joined Checkbox.ai as VP - Legal Technology. From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles at Plexus, including Associate Commercial Director, Legal Partnerships Manager, and Legal Transformation Consultant. From 2015 to 2019, Matic worked at Stoikovich Lawyers - Stoikovich Tihomir, where they were a Solicitor, Property Law Clerk, and Paralegal. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Insport Australia as a Retail Sales Manager (Weekend) and Retail Sales Consultant.

Goran Matic completed a Bachelor of Laws - LLB / Bachelor of Media (Communications & Journalism) from the University of New South Wales from 2011 to 2017. Goran then went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
