João Delgado

João Delgado has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and cybersecurity. João started their career as a Junior Developer at Eraze Computer Software BV in September 2015 and worked there until January 2016. João then joined Codeangel - web and mobile lab as a Junior Developer and worked there from September 2015 to March 2016. In 2016, they joined Checkmarx as a Junior Developer and worked there until April 2018. João then joined VisionWare Sistemas de Informação SA as a Cyber Security professional, working from April 2018 to March 2019. João later returned to Checkmarx in April 2019 as a Software Developer and held this position until January 2020. From January 2020 to September 2020, João served as the Open Source Analysis Team Leader at Checkmarx. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer Team Lead at Checkmarx since September 2020.

João Delgado obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they acquired two certifications: Offensive Security Web Expert (OSWE) from Offensive Security in November 2020 and OSCP from Offensive Security in June 2019.
