Renny Shen

Renny Shen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Renny most recently worked at Checkmarx as the Sr Director of Portfolio Marketing, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product Marketing at Checkmarx from June 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Checkmarx, Renny had a long tenure at Akamai Technologies, where they held various positions. Renny started as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Company in July 1998 and worked there until December 2004. At Akamai Technologies, Renny served as a Senior Product Marketing Manager from August 2013 to December 2017, focusing on web security solutions. Renny then became the Director of Product Marketing in October 2018, leading a team of 9 product marketers supporting Akamai's core products.
