Sapir Oren Leshem

Sapir Oren Leshem has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources.

Starting in 2009, Sapir worked as an Administrative Manager at RAD Data Communications, providing comprehensive administration support and working directly with the HR Department.

From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at Easy Forex, where they collaborated with the Cyprus-based parent company to provide guidance and support for recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, retention, and turnover processes.

In 2013, Sapir became an HR Manager at Webeyez, where they supported the CEO in establishing the company and managed various HR responsibilities such as employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, budget management, and recruitment.

From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an HR Manager at CloudLock, overseeing HR operations, establishing the HR department, implementing performance improvement programs, managing wages and benefits, and collaborating with external parties like insurance agencies and accounting departments.

From 2016 to 2020, Sapir joined Cisco as an Employee Success Manager, offering HR consultancy and support to managers and employees in various countries, including Israel, the U.S., the U.K., and India. Sapir was responsible for providing HR consultancy, supporting employee development, and managing HR operations.
