Oliver Westlake-Simm has extensive experience in operational excellence and technical support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Operational Excellence and Director of Merchant Care Operations at Checkout.com since June 2022, Oliver previously held various managerial roles in Technical Support Operations & Strategy at Medallia from July 2015 to June 2022. Prior to that, Oliver worked at Apple from October 2007 to June 2015, progressing from Technical Support Engineer to Technical Support Manager. Oliver is currently pursuing education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, while also studying at Goldsmiths, University of London since 2014.
