Serge Bouschet has a diverse work experience in data architecture and management roles. Serge started their career as an intern at NICE, Town Hall, FRANCE, where they worked on producing functional specifications and data models. Serge then had early career roles at various companies before joining Thomson Reuters as an Analyst/Designer. In this role, they specialized in database schema evolutions and implemented data modeling best practices.
After Thomson Reuters, Serge worked at Deutsche Bank as a Data Architect, where they were responsible for building and maintaining data solutions for risk and P&L operational data. Serge then moved to Bank of America as an Information Architect, where they established information architecture practices and ensured alignment with enterprise data standards.
Serge joined Fidelity International as a Data Architect/Engineer, leading the implementation of a data directory and creating dashboards for business intelligence and text analytics. Serge then joined Checkout.com as a Data Architect, where they led the design and implementation of a scalable data warehouse and data analytics platform.
Throughout their career, Serge has demonstrated expertise in areas such as data modeling, metadata management, data governance, and cloud data solutions. Serge has worked with technologies like Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Fivetran. Serge's experience spans across industries including finance and technology.
Serge Bouschet completed their education from 1989 to 1990 at Lycee du Parc Imperial, Nice, where they obtained a Baccalaureat C degree in Maths and Physics. Serge then pursued further education at Université Côte d'Azur from 1993 to 1996, earning a Master's Degree in Computing and Business Management.
In addition to their formal education, Serge Bouschet has also obtained several certifications. In December 2014, they received the Data Vault Practitioner 2.0 certification from Learn Data Vault.
