Ron Kurlinski

Ron Kurlinski has over 20 years of experience in the staffing and professional services industry. Ron began their career in 2000 as a Branch Manager for Yoh Company, where they managed IT and Engineering staffing for the Michigan region. In 2004, they joined Compuware as a Business Development Director for Professional Services, Strategic Account Executive for Healthcare, and Business Development Director for the Healthcare vertical. In 2014, they moved to Lochbridge as the Vice President of Finance & Insurance. In 2015, they joined EXL as Vice President and focused on improving operations through business process and analytic transformation. In 2016, they became Vice President of Business Development at Blue Chip Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition partner and provider of staffing solutions throughout the Midwest. Finally, in 2019, they became Head of Staff Augmentation at Checkpoint Technologies.

Ron Kurlinski holds a Master of Science in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Saginaw Valley State University.
