Antonia Battle

Antonia Battle has a strong background in solutions engineering and program management. Antonia currently holds the position of Lead Solutions Engineer at Checkr, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at First Advantage for 10 years, where they held various roles. From February 2021 to June 2022, they were a Solutions Engineer, collaborating with sales teams to design custom solutions for client screening programs. From August 2019 to February 2021, they served as the Manager of Global Programs, overseeing a team of program consultants and managing global client programs. As a Global Programs Consultant from October 2018 to August 2019, their responsibilities included account management, client program consulting, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. Antonia's career at First Advantage began as a Global Customer Care Supervisor, where they managed client services for global screening clients and provided specialized support for high-revenue clients from an account and team management perspective.

Antonia Battle completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Lewis University in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Antonia attended Lewis University from 2006 to 2009.
