Fernanda Dias

Fernanda Dias is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager and Chief of Staff to the SVP of Engineering at Checkr, Inc., with extensive experience in program management, delivery management, and software engineering. Prior to Checkr, Fernanda held the position of Director of Program Management at a FinTech company where responsibilities included establishing the Program Management organization and leading cross-team initiatives. Earlier career experiences at Hewlett-Packard included Lead Project Manager and Software Engineer, overseeing research and development projects and software lifecycle management, while early career work at Microsoft focused on software development using the .NET platform.
