Kimberly Otis

Kimberly Otis has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and operations. Kimberly is currently working as a Senior Manager of HR Business Partners at Checkr, Inc. Prior to this, they founded their own boutique event planning and design studio called KLO Events in 2010. At Turnitin, Kimberly worked as a People Partner Lead for Engineering & Product, where they implemented effective people strategies and managed the HR Operations team. Kimberly also served as a Manager of People Ops at Turo, where they developed and led global HR operations and programs. At GitHub, they worked as an HR Business Partner for Global Technology. Kimberly also had significant roles at Zendesk, including Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager, HR Business Partner for Global Engineering & Product, and HR Generalist. Earlier in their career, Kimberly worked as an HR Generalist at Cushman & Wakefield and as a Human Resources Specialist at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they provided support for various offices and managed immigration processes.

Kimberly Otis has a background in Political Science and Government, with a focus on Political Science and Government, from San Francisco State University.
