Neil Ramani

Sr. Principal Customer Success Manager at Checkr

Neil Ramani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Neil started their career as a Sales Consultant at AT&T in March 2010, where they worked until November 2012. Neil then joined Intuit in December 2012 and held two roles, starting as a Senior Lead Development Representative before being promoted to Senior Account Executive in January 2014. In 2016, Neil joined Demandforce as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, responsible for the seamless onboarding process and product adoption across various verticals. Neil later became the Manager of Customer Success, leading a team of eight Customer Success Managers and monitoring production metrics. In August 2018, Neil transitioned to Checkr, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, where they played an integral role in shaping the company's mission of providing second chances to individuals with prior criminal history. Neil gradually progressed to Senior Customer Success Manager, Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and finally Senior Principal Customer Success Manager, currently holding this position as of March 2023.

Neil Ramani received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from San Jose State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma from Clayton Valley High School, attending from 1998 to 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Neil completed the CS Leadership Training Program at The Success League in January 2020. Neil also obtained certifications in various programs, including the Background Check SME Program at Checkr, Inc. in September 2019, the FCRA Advanced Certification at NAPBS in October 2018, and the FCRA Basic Certification at NAPBS in August 2018.
