Nirav Pandya

Nirav Pandya has extensive work experience in IT and workplace roles. Nirav started as an IT Telecommunications Technician at Marquette University in 2008 and later worked as a Web Optimizer Intern at Fotosearch.com in 2007. Nirav then worked as an IT Support Contractor at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in 2010. At Marquette University, they served as a Technical Support Specialist from 2010 to 2011 and later became a Systems Administrator from 2011 to 2013.

After Marquette University, Nirav joined Practice Fusion as a System Administrator in 2013. Nirav then joined Credit Karma as a Senior IT Engineer in 2014, where they worked until 2018. At Zynga, they worked as a Principal Systems Engineer for a brief period in 2018 before becoming a Senior Manager of Engineering from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Nirav worked at Scale AI, first as a Senior Manager and Head of IT, and later as the Director and Head of IT. Nirav is currently working at Checkr, Inc. as the Director of IT, starting in 2021, and recently transitioning to the role of Senior Director of IT and Workplace in March 2023.

Nirav Pandya pursued their undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
