Nicole Gonzalez

Nicole Gonzalez currently serves as the Director of Operations at CheckUp & Choices, having assumed the role in March 2023. Prior to this position, Nicole worked at Popular from August 2019 to January 2023 as a Product Owner, overseeing a significant core project to enhance the Digital Banking platform for Puerto Rico and the United States, collaborating with over 25 division stakeholders. Nicole also held various positions at Ross Stores, Inc. from September 2013 to August 2018, including Business Analyst and Associate Business Analyst, where responsibilities included leading reporting projects for multiple business groups and managing IT program initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Wells Fargo as a Teller and at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Clerk. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in Computer Engineering from St. Petersburg Community College.
