Zhenyu Wu

Zhenyu Wu is a Senior RD Engineer specializing in Video AI at CheckVideo since December 2019, with expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning for video surveillance applications. Previous experience includes a role as an Immersive Media Research Engineer at Tencent America, and a Senior Staff Engineer at Huawei Technologies, focusing on computer vision, video transcoding, and machine learning. Zhenyu has also contributed as a Senior Researcher at Thomson Research Lab/Technicolor R&I, and served as a Research Assistant/Associate at the University of Arizona, where research centered on image and video transmission. Zhenyu's early career included consultancy work at Siemens Corporate Research.
