Charlélie Brevet has been working in the hospitality and food industry since 2016. In that time, they have held various roles including Cuisinier at Deacon's House Cafe (2016) and La Laquette - restaurant d'altitude (2018), Assistant contrôleur de gestion at COMEC (2019), Gestion Supply Chain - Achat - Relation Fournisseurs at Delictus : cuisiner pour bien manger ! (2021), and Chef de rang at Hôtel du Sentier **** (2022). Currently, they are also working as Sales and Operations at CheckYeti (2022).
Charlélie Brevet began their education journey in 2014 when they attended Lycée Sainte-Marie Cholet and obtained a Baccalauréat in STMG in 2017. After that, they attended IUT Angers from 2018 to 2020 and obtained a DUT gestion des entreprises et des administrations in Gestion. In 2021, they began attending Almaty Management University (AlmaU) and obtained a Master's degree in Management in 2022. Currently, they are attending IÉSEG School of Management and are expected to obtain a Programme grande école in 2024.
