Ramesh Yella, Ph.D., currently serves as a Principal Scientist at Sai Life Sciences Ltd, where leadership is provided to a team of over nine members in ensuring the seamless delivery of APIs and intermediates. With extensive experience in process R&D, Ramesh has previously held managerial and scientific roles at companies such as Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and AstaTech, achieving significant cost reductions and successful product management. Ramesh has a solid academic foundation, holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, complemented by a Master’s in Organic Chemistry and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Botany from Kakatiya University.
