Andrew Mickus has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Andrew started their career as a Summer Intern at Fannie Mae during the 2008-2009 financial crisis, where they worked in Credit Risk & Monitoring and helped develop a new home appraisal form.
Afterward, Andrew worked as an Intern at SRT Technologies in algorithmic trading before joining Fannie Mae as a Financial Engineer. Andrew held this role for four years, from August 2012 to July 2016.
In 2016, Andrew joined Dividend Finance as a Data Scientist, where they worked until September 2017. At Dividend Finance, they applied data analysis skills to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.

Andrew Mickus earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economics from Kalamazoo College, which they attended from 2008 to 2012. Andrew later pursued a Master of Applied Economics at The Johns Hopkins University from 2014 to 2017, specializing in Applied Economics.
