Fadjar Zein is a highly experienced culinary professional with extensive expertise in various leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a self-employed Chef Consultant since January 2020, Fadjar specializes in diverse culinary settings including Arabic and international restaurants, as well as Islamic schools.
