Kirk Plummer is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as the Operating Partner at Bear State Kitchen since September 2019. With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Kirk has held various leadership roles including Managing Chef at their own Chef Consultant business since June 2017, and Chef de Cuisine positions at Ar Cucina, Sambar, and Akasha Restaurant. Kirk's culinary training was completed at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena in 2009.
