Ross Parkinson worked as a Chef Consultant, starting in February 2016. Prior to that, they held the role of Head Chef and Sour Chef at Tonic from May 2010 to February 2012. Ross also worked as a Chef at Sheehans Pub from June 2009 to April 2010.
Ross Parkinson received their Junior and Leaving Certificate from Blackrock College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In 2013, they attended Capsicum Culinary Arts Studio and obtained a City & GUILDS Diploma in Culinary Arts, focusing on cooking and related culinary arts.
