Mai Fayez

Mai Fayez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries, starting as an Admin & Events Coordinator at ZEDNY in 2005 and ending as a Senior Strategy & OD Consultant at CORTEX International in 2023. In their roles, they contributed to developing strategic frameworks, designing and implementing development solutions, building learning journeys, formulating and guiding business strategies, designing and developing operating models, and managing change. Mai also held roles as an HR Executive and a Financial Executive at ZEDNY, an Accountant at the Egyptian Company for Transmitting Electricity, a Senior Accountant & HR Generalist at Trillium- The Montessori House, and a Performance Development Senior Associate at ProMark. Currently, they serve as the Head of People & Culture at Chefaa.

Mai Fayez completed their high school education and obtained a diploma from Omar Ibn Abdul Aziz Exp. Language School in 2002. Mai then attended Ain Shams University, Faculty of Commerce from 2002 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2009, while also attending Ain Shams University, they received a diploma in Project Management from the Regional Information Technology Institute. Additionally, Mai Fayez has obtained two certifications in recent years: Certified Professional Behaviors & Driving Forces Analyst (CPBA) & (CPDFA) from TTI Success Insights in March 2021 and Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional from The KPI Institute in March 2019.
