Joshua G.

Joshua G. is a culinary professional with extensive experience in food product development and testing. Currently serving as a Culinary Project Manager at Chefman since January 2020, Joshua has progressed through various roles including Lead Recipe and Product Tester, Test Kitchen Associate, and Test Kitchen Intern. Prior to this, Joshua completed a Research Internship at the USDA Agricultural Research Service in summer 2019 and worked as a Product Applications Intern at DouxMatok in summer 2018, where responsibilities included preparing food samples and conducting product tastings. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Product Development-Culinology and a minor in Sommelier Studies from Johnson & Wales University, with studies completed between 2016 and 2019.
