Allison Pfaff Harris is an experienced culinary and nutrition professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Chef at Chefs For Seniors Inc since June 2019, Allison has previously worked as the Buy Local, Buy Wisconsin Product Manager at Pasture and Plenty from June 2018 to June 2019. Prior experience includes a position as a Nutrition Program Consultant at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction from October 2012 to December 2017, and as a Therapeutic Dietitian at UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center from November 2010 to October 2012. Additionally, Allison contributed as a LUNA Leader Remote Intern for CLIF Bar and Company while studying at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Dietetic Internship from the University of Houston, and participation in the International Summer School at the University of Oslo, along with completion of the Entrepreneurial Training Program at the Wisconsin School of Business.
