Erin Downie has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Erin started their career as a Server/Barista at Cool Beans Coffee House, where they gained valuable skills in time management and multitasking. Erin then worked at The White Rooster as a Server, providing exceptional service at a fine dining Cuban fusion restaurant and even serving Gordon Ramsay himself. Erin later joined Crunch Fitness as a Front Desk Coordinator, where they handled billing issues, performed outreach to prevent membership cancellations, and sold memberships to prospective clients. Erin then became the Head Barista at Lava Java House, where they managed inventory, staff, and implemented a cleaning regimen to ensure cleanliness and reduce waste. Currently, Erin is working at CHEFS INTERNATIONAL as a Head Server, overseeing employees and providing dedicated customer service. Erin has also trained over 30 employees for two locations in this role.
Erin Downie completed their Associate of Science degree in Science, General from Ocean County College between 2016 and 2018. Erin then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science at Stockton University from 2018 to 2021.
