Nikki Nance-Almeida has been serving as a Chef at Chelos Restaurant since May 2015 and concurrently holds the position of Graduate Student at the RI Community Food Bank's Community Kitchen, also since 2015. Nikki Nance-Almeida is working towards obtaining ServSafe licenses through the Culinary Arts/Chef Training program at the RI Foodbank Community Kitchen, which was completed in 2015.
