Jeff Koby

Jeff Koby is an Acquisitions Associate at Chelsea Investment Corporation, specializing in multifamily real estate with a focus on affordable housing development opportunities since August 2020. Responsibilities include sourcing new deals through CoStar and broker networks, drafting Letters of Intent, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting development underwriting and financial analysis, managing due diligence, and overseeing entitlements and permit processing for projects ranging from 60 to 400 units with total costs between $10 million and $185 million across several states. Prior experience includes a Risk Advisory Intern position at Grant Thornton LLP, where Jeff focused on risk mitigation for financial institutions and gained insights into internal controls and credit analysis. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate Development from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Real Estate License from Real Estate Express.
