Etana C. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Etana started their career as an Assistant Site Manager at i9 Sports from September 2013 to May 2017, where they collaborated with various staff members and provided equipment and information to children and their guardians.

From 2018 to 2021, Etana worked at Pace University in multiple roles. Etana was the Residence Hall Association President and Vice President of National Residence Hall Honorary, where they coordinated selection processes, oversaw recognition events, and maintained the constitution. Etana also served as a Peer Advocate in the Office of Sexual and Interpersonal Wellness, attending trainings, contributing to meetings, planning and supporting programming, and offering individual support to students. Additionally, Etana worked as a Student Assistant in the Office of the President, providing administrative assistance and handling tasks such as document production, guest greeting, and phone management. Etana also held the position of Director of Administration and Finance of Residence Hall Association, managing the programming budget and coordinating meetings and events.
