Declan Waters

Declan Waters is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Chelton since September 2021, Declan has also held the position of Senior Finance Business Partner in FP&A. In addition, Declan contributes to the Roade Parish Council as a councillor and has prior experience as a Co-Opted representative on South Northamptonshire Council's Standards Committee. Declan's career includes key roles at Gemini Rail Group, where responsibilities encompassed IT and ERP functions as Group Business Systems Manager, and at Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems (UK) Ltd., where roles ranged from Financial Controller to SAP Project Manager. Declan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
