Volkan Demirkaya

Volkan Demirkaya has a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. Their most recent role was as the Managing Director of Procurement at Chelwood Consulting Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Procurement at Lief Labs. Volkan also has extensive experience at LD Products, Inc., where they held positions such as VP of Supply Chain and Director of Purchasing. In these roles, they were responsible for sourcing, product replenishment, inbound and outbound logistics, and reducing cost of goods through negotiations and operational efficiencies. Earlier in their career, Volkan worked at Amway as the Manager of Global Procurement for Dietary Supplements and at Niagara Bottling, LLC as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager. Volkan began their career as a Marketing Intern at Gracenote Inc., where they conducted market research and developed online marketing strategies.

Volkan Demirkaya received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boğaziçi University in 2003. Volkan later pursued an MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, graduating in 2007. Prior to their higher education, they completed their high school education at Galatasaray Lisesi from 1989 to 1997.
